MB ar UAB – mokesčių palyginimas 2026
Palyginkite MB ir UAB mokesčius pagal realias savo verslo pajamas bei išlaidas.
Kuo skiriasi MB ir UAB mokesčiai
Pelno mokestis ir dividendai abiem formoms vienodi. Skiriasi tai, kiek kainuoja savininkui atsiimti pinigus.
Savininko išmokos
UAB direktorius dirba pagal darbo sutartį, todėl prie algos prisideda darbdavio įmoka 1,77 %. MB narys ima lėšas asmeniniams poreikiams, nuo kurių MB moka nario VSD 13,83 % ir PSD 6,98 % be darbdavio įmokos.
Vienodas pelno mokestis
Kada verta rinktis UAB

English
MB or UAB - a 2026 tax comparison
Compare MB and UAB tax on your own business revenue and costs.
How MB and UAB tax differ
Corporate tax and dividends are identical for both. What differs is the cost of getting money to the owner.
Paying the owner
A UAB director is employed on a contract, so a 1,77 % employer contribution sits on top of the salary. An MB member takes drawings, on which the MB pays 13,83 % social and 6,98 % health insurance and no employer contribution.
The same corporate tax
Both forms pay 0 / 7 / 17 % corporate tax and 15 % income tax on dividends. The difference therefore almost always shows up in owner drawings rather than in profit.
When a UAB is worth it
When there are more than ten participants, investment or a share sale is planned, or you employ a team. An MB is simpler and cheaper for one or a few owners.
MB or UAB - common questions
