Ar Fyn teikia buhalterines paslaugas?
Ne. Fyn yra sistema, kurioje tvarkote finansus patys arba kartu su savo buhalteriu. Buhalterį galite pasikviesti į sistemą ir dirbti vienoje vietoje, bet paties buhalterio nesamdome jūsų vardu.
Turiu problemą su savo paskyra. Ar rašyti čia?
Greičiau bus per pagalbos langą pačioje sistemoje – ten matome jūsų įmonės nustatymus ir nereikia aiškinti konteksto. Jei prisijungti nepavyksta, tada rašykite el. paštu.
Ar galiu pamatyti Fyn prieš registruodamasis?
Taip. Paskyrą galima susikurti nemokamai ir apsižvalgyti be įsipareigojimų. Jei norite, kad kas nors parodytų sistemą ir atsakytų į klausimus, parašykite – suderinsime laiką.
Ar galiu perkelti duomenis iš kitos sistemos?
Priklauso nuo to, ką turite. Sąskaitas ir kontaktus paprastai galima įkelti, banko išrašus – taip pat. Parašykite, kuria sistema naudojatės dabar, ir pasakysime, kas perkeliama.

Before you write
Does Fyn provide bookkeeping services?
No. Fyn is the system you keep your finances in, either on your own or together with your accountant. You can invite your accountant in and work in one place, but we do not act as your accountant.
I have a problem with my account. Should I write here?
The help panel inside the app is faster - we can see your company's settings there, so nothing needs explaining. If you cannot sign in at all, then email us.
Can I see Fyn before signing up?
Yes. You can create an account for free and look around with no commitment. If you would rather someone walked you through it and answered questions, write to us and we will find a time.
Can I bring data over from another system?
It depends what you have. Invoices and contacts can usually be imported, and so can bank statements. Tell us which system you are on now and we will say what carries over.
