Augant pelnui MB dažniausiai tampa pigesnė, nes dalį pinigų galima išsimokėti dividendais be „Sodros“ įmokų.
Ar galima rinktis 30 % išlaidų metodą?
Taip. Vietoje faktinių, dokumentais pagrįstų išlaidų leidžiamiems atskaitymams galima priskirti 30 % pajamų. Šis metodas paprastesnis, tačiau neleidžia papildomai atskaityti VSD ir PSD įmokų, todėl, kai faktinės išlaidos didesnės, mokestinė našta gali būti didesnė.

Enter your revenue and costs - fyn works out the income tax, health and social insurance on sole activity and shows what is left after tax.
Sole activity tax in 2026
Sole activity is taxed on profit - revenue less costs. Three things decide the final figure.
Income tax with a credit
The headline rate is 20 %, but the credit under article 18² of the income tax act reduces it. Up to 20 000 € of taxable income the effective rate is around 5 %; between 20 000 and 42 500 € the credit tapers away and the rate climbs to 20 %.
Social insurance on 90 % of profit
Contributions are charged not on turnover but on 90 % of profit: 12,52 % state social insurance and 6,98 % health insurance. The annual base is capped at 43 average wages, or 99 422 €. In the first year of activity the pension contribution can be skipped.
Costs: actual or a flat 30 %
You can deduct actual costs or take a flat 30 % of revenue with nothing to prove. On the actual method social insurance also reduces the income tax base, so it usually wins once you have real expenses.
Questions about sole activity tax
What taxes does sole activity pay in 2026?
Three: income tax on taxable income, 12,52 % state social insurance and 6,98 % health insurance on 90 % of profit. There is no corporate tax and no dividend tax.
How is sole activity income tax calculated?
Social insurance is deducted from profit on the actual-cost method, and what remains is taxed at 20 % with the tax credit. Above 42 500 € the credit is gone and the 20 / 25 / 32 % bands apply.
How are health and social insurance calculated?
The base is 90 % of profit. On it you pay 12,52 % social and 6,98 % health insurance, with the annual base capped at 43 average wages (99 422 €). If you are not insured elsewhere a minimum health contribution of 80,48 € a month applies.
When is sole activity better than an MB?
At lower income, while the tax credit is at full value and there is no company to administer. As profit grows an MB usually becomes cheaper, because part of the money can be paid out as dividends free of social insurance.
Can I choose the 30 % cost method?
Yes. Instead of actual costs you can deduct a flat 30 % of revenue. It is simpler, but it does not allow social insurance to be deducted on top, so it costs more once your real expenses are significant.
